I started kinda chubby at first first i lost around 40 pounds(pic with red was before bulking) then i started to bulk up currently standing at 85 kilos at 16-18%bf

I get this forearm pain when i do pullups , i can do around 10-15 reps but ive been having pain in the muscles recently, i kinda feel like its excess forearm train something like that.
Well if i wanted to be cocky and act like im experienced i wouldn't have asked or posted this .. all my info about exercising is how to do the exercise correctly and the range of volume per each...

Im currently bulking on 3600 cals a day my Maint is 3200 so i added up 400 cals for clean bulk, Since i dont have time to divide those cals over 6 meals or more i eat them on 4 meals only .. would it...
