with each attempt, it gets worse...look at where you start and compare the bar path at touch point
when the weight touches and each time it does as the weight gets heavier, you see a release, and/or heave...the looseness robs you of pressing power.
ON the lat one, the hand off was horrendous...
watch each of your singles...when the weight touches, what do you see? Then what else moves as you touch that would change the leverage of the lift?

I'm just trying to get back to 405 while training for SM. It seems the shoulder still has some issues when i get heavy. Wasn't painful but, just went away at the top with 405.

depends on the weight for me. but, I hold my air and stay as tight as I can and then I try to be as dynamic as I can coming out of the hole.
