I run on a treadmill, but it really boils down to what you like doing. No point in having a treadmill if you don’t like running.

Most of that is water weight im sure. A week from now you will be back on track.

I’ve cut weight with cardio and without . Having your diet in check is what matters.

Short cycles don’t work for me. I get better results with long slow cycles. But everybody is different.
