good question, the pic was taken at the bottom of the shrug so that may have something to do with it...although my traps have never been a strong suit even while very strong.
I hit the gym 6 days a week (never for more than 45mins at a session). Lift heavy with low rest periods...I'm very controlled and form is most important:
thanks, really looking to get down to 7-8% body fat in 6 weeks or so...weight at 172lbs right now and not too worried about what I weigh (don't want to get under 165lbs though).
