I keep a strict diet mon-thu and leave the drinking for weekends and it works out pretty good. Maybe a slight loss in strength, depending on how much drinking i was doing on the weekend in question...
I put ON's bcaa powder in my pwo shake with good results.
I take a pwo shake immediately after & 40-50min later food.
It has worked great for me too.
I always take them together
I add 10g of BCAA to my pw shake and I cant really say that its a waste..

i could deal with the taste but not with the mixability, i have half a canister left then im switching to something else
post the ingredients i.e what type of whey its made up of , if its maltodextrin or dextrose etc
keep at it with cardio and you´ll be fine
universal animal pump,,just skip the red pill
strawberry is nice when its mixed with milk
