I noticed the exercises are similar... but Kai isn't training at all like Dorian told him to - not in my opinion anyway. Form, speed, etc is all different... Dorian was saying how he should go slow...
then he'll find out it was all a big joke, and he was the loser you chose... and that should be more than enough to send his confidence level back down, probably beyond what it used to be.
