    I'd download and app like lose it. Buy a kitchen scale. Weigh and track all the food you normally eat in a week or 2. That would be a good guesstimation of your maintenance.

    Feeling lethargic, should I add calories?

    Currently on a cut.

    Some points:

    -Been feeling really lethargic lately.

    -Calories at 2368 down from 2600

    -I work as a delivery driver, I do 15000 to 20000 steps a day.

    L theanine has been pretty good lately. Ive taken it 3 days so far.. I have a bad habit of waking up at 2am and unable to fall back asleep.

    Melatonin is ok.
