working on a tub of vanilla right now. With a scoop of peanut butter and the taste is in my wheel house. Going to be hard to pull to a different protein after this tub.

Yea I figured the case. Gonna be a hard few weeks though to get through. Was gunning for the watermelon flavor WF but got fruit punch. Oh well, not all is lost. Was still a good pump, and recovery.

Took WF today before the gym and...meh. Maybe its because I have been taking a 2 scoops of jack3d the past 4 weeks or so. Flavor (fruit punch) was good. Tasted like kool aid. Didnt mix all that well...

It's a tub. Bought it a while back, had an injury and switched jobs so not a lot of gym time. Need to try to reincorporate it.

Why do you guys like the pump so much? To me the pump hurts and I notice it mainly doing curls that I can't fully contract during the exercise.

Was the first pre workout I ever bought, and had the absolute best results with it. Well done.

Not met-rx BCAA. Doesn't mix in water, just sits on the top. Very disappointed.

I just bought opti men. First multi, too early to tell if it's doing anything other than it turned my piss some insane mutant sludge green color.
