Deadlifts and Squats SHOULD be done frequently. These are the two GREAT exercises for gains.

As for diet......Look, the diet can MAKE or BREAK you!!.......You need to EAT!! But, eat CLEAN!!

Hmmmmmm........just a suggestion.......but, try the Anabolic Diet (carbohydrate cycling)....but, you will HAVE to get the DIET in check!! Less carbs (30 or less)....6 days a week.....with a cheat...
