    Just started this diet yesterday.. just wondering but if this diet is followed correctly as well as my lifting routine what results could i see in 2.5 months?

    Carbs before bed...

    I'm cutting right now. Usually my meals consist of brown rice with some sort of meat for the protein.. how late can i eat this rice before or does it matter? Also fruit an hour or so before bed good...
