Agree with above especially if Pre-WO is your only use. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
I like C4. Very versatile with stacking and dosing, unbelievable taste and wicked pumps + focus. Any flavor will suffice, but I recommend Strawberry Margarita or Green Apple :)

Front Squat: 3x8; 4 reps with a 4 second negative, explode; last 4 with a 4 second concentric (4 seconds on the way up and a fast negative)

.45-.5g fat/lb LBM
rest, carbs, or combo of the three macros

rest carbs, or whatever combo of the three macros you enjoy to reach your TDEE

Any foods you enjoy that will put you at a caloric surplus. I will direct you to the stickies at the top of the nutrition section but not without saying that you are sixteen--don't but too much...
Yeah, I don't know then, man. Either you aren't calculating your food right or you need to up your level of intensity at the gym. I would not recommend dropping calories at all.
