Thanks for the reply. I was under the impression a slipped disc is what causes a pinched nerve as it slips/ inflames on to the nerve ? Are they not the same thing ?
I think I can pin point when it started. It was using the seated row machine I was doing it single handed and twisted my torso whilst pulling back a heavy weighty and I felt something snap and a warm...
any ideas guys?? Have I pinched a nerve? What should I do ? My backs been playing up these past few weeks and today it's just painful!

so is the almighty bulking gut due to the BF percentage raising or due to the high amount of calories , would their be less of a gut eating smaller meals ?

hi ive done something to my left wrist. Everytime i twist it i get a pain
So doing barbell curls, barbell rows and everything underhand is impossible due to the pain

so ive started to train to run a 5k from not ever running at all.
Because i want to be the full package and train my hearts and lungs also.
I am classed as overweight as iam 5'9 175...
ive noticed after a night out and wuite a few drinks and some fast food after. The following week i feel pretty strong iam hitting my PRs easily.
But after a normal weekend maybe still hit them...
