i'm even thinking eventually once i get my physique to the part, i may try for low weight competeing
on average i usually consume about 1500 - 2000 calories. more or less.
i'm very careful not to overdo my calorie intake due to the fear of gaining weight/fat [i once was obese & now].

does muscle milk in the pre-packaged containers need to be refrigerated? or do you simply just do so when you open one of the containers?
