    1-Barbell Curls: 3-5 sets x 12-8 reps (preceeded by 2 warm ups of 15-20 reps)

    2-Incline Dumbell Curls: 3-5 sets x 12-6 or Alternate Dumbell Curls: 3-5 sets x 8-10
