Yes, you lose fat, but muscle mass comes with it, including arms and legs, no other way of putting it.

That's kinda where I'm at also. I'm not willing to sacrifice 10-15 lbs, for a six pack and shredded arms, that are 2 in smaller. 16 3/4 in right now.

I am have a little apprehension, to cutting at this time. Due to the fact that I would have to sacrifice a lot of size. I will probably just wait a couple months and bulk a lot higher before cutting....
