A cue I would use with you would be to "keep your chest up." That might alter your lower back positioning.

Simple, the further out your elbows are from your body during a pulling movement the more upper back(rear delts, mid/low traps, rhomboids)and less lat involvement.
To really feel your mid traps...
hypertrophy requires moderate weight high volume
strength requires heavy weight low volume
1. eat MORE calories to lose, your intake is too low at the moment. recalculate your BMR then multiply by activity factor and then subtract 10-20% to lose weight.
2. you don't need any supplements...
It will only increase your calorie deficit.
Although there are plenty of benefits of doing cardio, it shouldn't be the main focus when trying to lose weight.

Tight hip flexors cause this because they attach the lumbar portion of the spine and pull the spine "in".
Google some stretches to relieve the tightness...
Use cardio as a tool for cutting. any form of it that you enjoy.
As far as weight loss is concerned you do not need to do any cardio.
