what do you mean by balanced. nothing is ever perfectly balanced. but it seems you have the same "ratios" as me, meaning higher squat/deadlift than bench press. it is fine. keep at it.
squats and deadlifts ARE the best exercises. leaving them out would be herrenous. squats should be your main lower body exercise. followed by deadlifts. anything else would be like good mornings,...
