Morning everyone. Sluggish this morning. But we going to make it.

Yard work to be done tonight and hopefully squeeze in a chest session. We shall see how the day plays out.

My dad's birthday today. Tired from all the walking but glad to be going out tonight for his birthday. Good ole dude turning 60.

Holy car show batman. Spent 8 hours walking looking at classics and sports cars. That and a huge swap meet. Back at it for another 6 hours or so tomorrow.

Damn that sucks. Just found out that one of my clients and personal friends has a very serious form of thyroid cancer. Only about a 5% chance of survival past 3 years.

Such a terrible situation....

I expect ridiculous gains and PR's to fall like rain. Protein is the new go to stuff.
