Hi!!! I'm livin in the gym now....and I finally made peace with myself over the diet and have stuck to it without variation. Thanks for all the support and advice!!!!

Well it's been an amazing 12 weeks.

I can look back at my first log and see how far i've come--it's pretty awesome. I still have a long way to go but the knowledge and friends I gained here...

not sure what i'm doing wrong again...can't get these to open up.

I'm super tired and have to get up in 5hrs for work...will try again tomorrrow.
