You can log in before the RoS launch and still stay in game and play RoS content to avoid the massive influx of people going out and buying the game and trying to log in after launch.
Once you can do the basics without thinking the rest comes naturally. It's a simple dance. Been shuffling for 5 - 6 years, it's easy, repetitive and boring. If you don't believe me i'll gladly cam up...
