I got two routines.
Routine #1
Bench press
Incline dumbbell press
Decline dumbbell press
Cable Flies
6-8 reps heavy weights
I'm making progress. But only my arms are getting really ripped as far as mass.

okay makes a lot of sense, but when doing the dumbell press, is it the purpose of doing it the same way as the barbell (push), or do it with hitting the minors (side movement)???

so basically good form is:
Controlled (slow) reps, pause to squeeze muscle, then lift the weight?
e.g. Bench Press, slowly down, pause at chest area, then push it up?
When working out, should you do your reps slow or fast?
Sometimes I see dudes doing lat pull downs so fast, it looks like they have to catch a bus or something. Other times I see them do it slow...

Ok, good advice on the volume part. but if you do like 3 or 4 exercises....Won't my workput be too short??? I do like 3 sets...12/10/8 reps...
