    Hopefully, I'll stop the 1300 soon enough and return to a higher 1600-1800 or so. Protein intake at 1300 is not great for me.

    I think at the moment, I maintain on like 1800-2000 kcal.. so I assumed like a 600kcal cut would take me to about 1300kcal until my shin splints recover :/
