    I rarely do any form of anterior deltoid...

    I rarely do any form of anterior deltoid movement, as it is extremely overdeveloped as it is. The only direct training I do for them is purely strength-based (ie 4-6 reps standing barbell press)

    My 5 rep max went up by about 15kg in the past year, and I owe about 12.5 of those kilos to a 5x5 program.

    1RM is about 165kg with pretty average form, 3rm is around 157.5kg with much better...
