Id say your about 15% if you don't lose any muscle I think you could get to 10% weighing 180 lbs if you're 190 now. Based on needing to drop approx 10 pounds of fat to go from 15% to 10%.

Ya definitely looks bigger, my arms are 15.5 and like other people said bodyfat, length of arm, maturity of muscle makes a huge difference.

stopped the cissus and the hives are beginning to fade. I also heard one cause of hives can be hormonal changes so possibly it was the havoc and my body is getting use to it.
