I think you should consider Masters bikini..at your height you would be tall class.. Not a lot of women in that class..

You would need to tone up your lower body... but not a whole lot of muscle...

Unfortunately, we could not get enough women that wanted to compete at Master's Nationals so close to the show...

Hi, new to the site.. I am 39. I have competed in two NPC Bikini contests and am now training for my first Fitness competition.. 14 weeks out and working on a back walk over and walking on my hands!

I trained 16 weeks for my first bikini show, then did another a week later.. Now I am 15 weeks out from my first fitness show :) VERY excited!
