Getting there.. Most I've done for 5 is 220x5 (485lbs) so I'll be tying my PR. When I did 260/573 I wasn't doing 5's so probably could've gotten more then.

Did an easy as hell 200kgx5 DL last night. Will prob jump up to 210kgx5 next week since it was too easy.

This is the best spreadsheet I've found for Madcow's 5x5. It isn't based on %, just put in the box how much you want to add per week to a lift and that's it.
Went to the gym tonight and it was fuking closed!! Had a power outage or something. Sucks balls as it's not exactly close... Never train on a Thursday and when I do, this is what happens
