I'm sorta following Steve Cook's mass building nutritional plan and apparently he took Waxy Maize post-lift along with his protein. I was also recommended this by a few trainers at my gym. But no one...

After these replies I think my questions are more about the product and less about how it's going to effect me.

I just bought a 6.6 pound tub of Glyco-Maize from Optimum Nutrition. The directions say to add it to my post-workout shake but I'm curious how this is going to change my body of the next year or so...
