Yep PA and Clear Muscle. Seem to have increased muscle fullness and better recovery. I am finishing up those supps soon.

At 18 I would focus on lifting, eating and getting good rest. Creatine and protein is about all you if to get started gaining weight.
I personally would keep the casein and ditch the zma.
Nutrition and proper training/sleep will go a long way.
