i wouldnt listen to most of these replys....look at any college wrestler, they are absolutely jacked...I would say work on core strength and leg streghth the most...you need to have good endurance...
Hey, I think it is ok to do those exercises for endurance....but as far as building muscle I dont think that is the best way to go about it....Whaterver you are doing in the weight room with the team...
