    I'd say 16-18%. You could likely just do a lean...

    It's gonna be pretty hard to do. I run 50-60 miles a week for XC training, and I try to just maintain muscle mass by eating loads of food.

    Deadlifts

    I feel extreme soreness in my lower back within 30 mins of doing a 5x5 deadlift workout.
    I never get a very sore upper back until I do rows..etc---just the lower back.


    Anyone else feel this or...
