    You do realize most of those guys are not raw lifters and use an ultra wide stance, with 2 inch ROM. Carry on with box squats if that's your preference, but stop babbling about WSBB guys.

    I almost exclusively front squat now, it forces correct form and it's almost unforgivable on form break down. But that's like my opinion man, I just personally like front squats over back squats.
