I add in 1 minute breaks where I jump rope or do box jumps and alternate for 30 to 40 minutes. Like Wes said do 2-3 minute rounds add some short burst of cardio and you'll have an awesome workout.
I agree with MarioNTexas if she just got PS as a quick fix, in a couple of months she probably won't look the same because she wont appreciate all the hard work that goes into getting a great body.

Have you tried bee pollen? I, sometimes, have a table spoon in between my meals and it does calm my hunger. You can find it in any health food store for about 6.00 dollars.
