I think a lot of kids might look at barbells as being old fashioned and not "high-tech" compared to machines, but in reality free weights are probably better.

You need to do your homework, USA has an even higher obese rate than the UK.
I don't know how anyone can forget how old they are, I'm always asked my date of birth when filling out forms and that crops up quite often.
Though I think it's a bit strange, it's up to the individual if they want to show their face or not. I've never had a problem showing mine, I think it's good for people to see the whole picture.

When I bulk and cut it's just the waist that gets smaller, the arms vertically stay the same.
When I saw the title of this thread I thought "On no, I've got competition!".........but I soon found out I've got nothing to worry about.
Fact: Some people can keep motivated better than others.
For me as an older guy I keep motivated because I love how I look and feel and would hate to lose all that if I stopped.
fantastic pictures, when you see old films too there seems to bee less people and cars around for the space they had.
A bit stronger than I would put it, but I don't like them much either, they usually just look a mess, I certainly wouldn't deface my body with them.

T-shirts sleeves that end and the biggest point of the arm always make the arms look most impressive, so they've got that about right but I don't like the graphics much.

USA firearm deaths were 10.30 per 100,000 people. (get this- UK 0.25 per 100,000)
What's with all this UK bashing!
I live in the UK and enjoy a high quality life and wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
