oh yeah, i never use to work my upper pecs, just my lower pecs and they were so out of proportion
and when i started working my upper pecs they beefed up straight away
u need to overwork ur muscles to get them to grow and become stronger, and unless ur a weak mofo push ups aint gunna do that for u
get urself in the gym
wot?? i dunno about different shapes of muscles, u can work different parts of ur muscles, like ur upper pecs or lower abs, but theres no such thing as shaping, just build them
i dont play any sports that favour one side, there terrible, it will **** up ur elbow if u keep it up, and then u cud risk the chance of not being able to lift heavy weights again - prolly wont...
