bored at work so I'm gonna update this

since i'm visiting my family in jax for a bit taking a break after graduating. I'm not counting calories too strictly. I also spend 9+ hours a day with my gf...

i feel ya, im at over a 1700 cal deficit and not hungry at all, but I am cutting and I hit most of my protein

frozen dinners typically suck....

ice cream is about that cheap too and more than 700 cals, why not eat entire pints daily

..... gerd isnt really that bad

just don't eat the foods that cause u to have reflux, and don't eat meals large enough to give you reflux and you will be fine

i would recommend smaller meals...

i love raspberry.... the white chocolate chunks were a little much, maybe if they werent so big they wouldnt have been overwhelming, but it was over all good to me
