Hey all just got back from my first day on the routine, was more a session to work out what weight I can lift etc! I'm pretty confident on the exercises now except I just can't get stiff legged...
Just had my free weights induction at my uni gym and I didn't realise how hard/strange feeling it is to squat for the first time lol. Looks a lot easier than it is I reckon :( Gonna start the program...
That's the main reason, i hate milk and fish and don't each much good meat. Definately need something to make up for that! Any suggestions on the best/cheapest supplements would also be appreciated!
Oh and one other question should I be taking any supplements like protein etc if i'm just starting out with this? I don't think I get enough protein as it is
