    I seem to gain strength in my lifts but i dont see the results i want id rather gain mass over strength im 5"9 about 150 and cant seem to get bigger i try to keep my protein intake up around 130-150...

    i agree it does look like your neglecting ur shoulders and legs so the m,t,w would be great but i find when i workout my chest and triceps on the same day i get tired faster but maybe its just me.
