I take a weight gainer. When i started, it all went to fat. Gained like 18 pounds on my belly in like 3 weeks. As I workout, i notice that the fat is getting lower while my muscle mass is catches up....

One day is enough to recover somewhat, but i'm usually 20% weaker when compared to a full 2 day rest. I suggest you take 2-3 days off after every 3 workouts.
I see a lot of people in my gym wearing multiple layers of clothes, just wondering what is the purpose of that? I try to keep my clothes light to cool off faster after reps.
nice, thats basically my workout cept I start with the heaviest weights first for 3 sets, then finish my workout with 4 sets of chinups, pushups, and dips. :)
i dont think deadlift builds to much muscle, however it strengths you body and allows you to lift more weight in other exercises which will result in a more effective workout. hmm
