I have been cutting for nearly 4 months now, made some pretty good progress too (starting bodyfat 22%, current bodyfat 15%). Eating ~1800 calories at the moment and doing 30-40 min of cardio 5 days...

Man your looking big, bodyfat isn't high at all i would guess 13%. i would say bulk it up some more, maybe to ~15% depending on what you are comfortable with.
