Hi guys, I'm cutting at the moment and I'm currently doing 3 cardio session per week. One low, one medium and one high intensity. The high intensity I'm using aerobiking (sometimes called spinning)....
Hi guys, quick question. I've been cutting since mid Jan, down to 2000kcals per day and changed from a 5 day split to a 3 day split so I can get 3 cardio sessions in on non lifting days. As expected...
Absoutely bro, you gotta have a clan diet and a good routine. Xenedrine just helps a little. I finshed bulking at christmas so I've got some bf to lose, strangely I find it hard to lose weight...
Perfectly normal, you will always put on a little body fat when bulking. The key is to cut after bulking to reduce the bf whilst keeping the additional muscle gains. Your routine should be the same...
Yo persevere, I just replied to your other thread on this topic so you'll think my opinion stinks, but personally I don't do any cardio on an empty stomach. There has been several threads on this...
Personally I wouldn't do cardio on an empty stomach, morning noon or night! Try taking a whey shake before your morning cardio. Also I agree on moving cardio off you leg day, keep the legs fresh for...
Well I'm gunna have to disagree with bro! I'm using Xenadrine at the moment during my cutting phase and I find it quite effective. There are no magic pills out there for fat loss, you need a sensible...
Well IMO it's very difficult, if not impossible, to isolate just the chest. You can put mass on or you can take mass off your body, but you can't spot increase! Go for a good, solid all round body...
IMO I thought the article was spot on! Last year my gains were significantly better when I changed to lower volume training. It's the intensity that counts not the number of sets. Obviously everyone...
Hey bro, gotta say I'm not keen on your routine! If you want to add some serious mass then try a 5 day split and train each body part only once a week. If you can't do a 5 day split then go for a 3...
IMO it's very difficult, if not impossible, to isolate any muscle to get bigger on it's own. Muscle mass comes from putting on weight and that weight will be distributed on everywhere and therefore...
Well I'm playing around with high intensity at the moment to see what happens. I'm a bit paranoid about losing too much weight too quickly and losing my muscle gains, which is why I have stuck to low...
Gotta keep lifting man to maintain the muscle you've gained. It's not impossible to gain a little muscle whilst cutting but it is very difficult. Kinda depends on genetics.
Hey bignbuff, what is your reasoning for recommending only high intensity cardio? I'm not diss'ing your advice but I am interesting why you think this is better than low intensity (65%-80%) cardio?
The exercises I do during cutting are pretty much the same as when I'm bulking, I just change from a 5 day split to a 3 day split so I can fit in my cardio on non-lifting days. Personally I prefer to...
