A little update, about 8 months later and 14lbs heavier. **** diet and 2-3 workout a week from like november-januari. Got some more motivation now though which is nice.

Nothing wrong with taking supplements, but sure, eat a lot of food, count calories if you want to be sure that you exceed your recommended daily intake.
