Hey Ron,

I was in that show also...

I competed at 198 in the open lt. heavys and in the novice hvys...

There were 9 guys in my open class, and 10 guys in my novice class....I didn't make top...

what an ignorant statement...

Once a week, I utilized cheat meals - or re-feeding meals- whatever you want to call it, all the way up to about 2-3 weeks out from my show...

I am now 3 days out...

What show are you competing in ?
