I like how you start a thread about wanting to get your chest bigger, then immediately cross out the number chest building exercise as an option. Seems dumb to me.
Barely. A lot of people do biceps/triceps on days other than chest/back because your body is just too worn out after all those other lifts to effectively hit the muscles hard enough.
I used to be pretty fat and for a while I got strength gains while dieting. I just ate 2 cans of tuna and a protein shake a day. Only worked for a couple months though.
Not being mean but yes your friend is probably stronger than you, you're 165 @ 6'2". You have a lot of room to grow. And you're saying your friend is ~6-7" shorter than you, and you only have like 15...
Not being mean but that's just the truth. Your arms are small, work on triceps and biceps both very hard for a few months and then compare your progress pictures.
I'm in the middle of a program or I would definitely try it! I think this is a great idea. Rather than just posting your "optimal" workout, you're testing its effectiveness first.
