I have a sleeping problems every night, i'm doing my best to get at least 6-7 hours, i'm going to bed every day even when i'm not tired and it takes me like 1 and even 2 hours to sleep.
So I've been stuck with the same calorie surplus and body weight for awhile, last few days decided to increase about 150cals in my diet, so this last 2 days I ate 150+ calories above the normal.
