Pulled the trigger with a 4lb tub of Milk Chocolate. I like chocolate based flavors since they go with everything so I figured Milk Chocolate would be the best for me.
Is there any way to get samples of Milk Choco or CnC? I have a tub of Snickerdoodle and I like it, but I wanted to go with another flavor of PES. I'm kinda stuck between CnC and Milk Chocolate...

Xtend = more BCAA's? (pre/in between)

I have both products and was wondering when I should use them and how much I should use.
I was thinking 1.5 scoops intra-workout and 1 scoop before cardio. Does this seem fitting?
When cutting, would PPL (with less volume) be better or something like SS/babylover's SS?
