no need to wasteyour money on weight gainers if appetite isn't an issue simply eating more food will help you reach your weight gain goals
so... what is your question?
it helps, but you can possibly get some strange dreams
something with ephedrine in it, but i don't think supplements can have ephedrine in it. Might have to double check on that
don't bother with the natural test boosters.
you're underage for us to give you advice sorry.
food is your most important "stack" for your bulk.
don't need creatine pre-workout
i would bring the ingredient list to your doctor.
i thought creatine slows GI motility slightly. I don't think your diarrhea is creatine related.
just simple monohydrate will do
talk to your doc. better yet, get bloodwork to see appropriate liver values
beat a dead horse. diet lol
not in the muscle building sense
Cellucor protein has good taste. A little biased, but Impact Whey (Chocolate) is always a solid choice as well.
More food will definitely help. Make sure you're getting adequate protein. You might want to experiment with higher protein intake and see how your performance changes.
can't advise kids under a certain age of supplements. Focus on food, but yeah what the other guys said lol
Brand really want make a noticeable difference. I use NOW since I got a nice deal on it.
