recently i started to squat going parallel, and my back apparently goes down with it to parallel. it ends up being like a good morning.
How can i stop this! please help

when i try to go down with no bar no weights just body weight i can go down(now i can like two weeks ago i couldnt), but when i go up i push with my heels but i do loose my balance and almost fall...
I tried soo many times with empty bar, i cant go to 90 degree without either my knee over my toes(bad form), and my back comes forward too!
i can go down i guss but my back comes forward when i try to make my knee behind my toes. thanks for reply!
