i drink well over a gallon, probably closer to 1 3/4 gallons, of fluid everyday but still seem to have lots of muscle cramps in my back and hamstrings even with stretching and mobility work....what...
Is it possible to use keto to get down to a healthy body weight and then switch to more of a bodybuilding style one to help gain muscle slowly without having a lot of problems with the added carbs?...
I always find myself holding my groin tight and was wondering if doing the abductor machine would strengthen the oppisite muscles and help reduce groin tightness or the random squeezing of the groin
