I hit these quite aggressive for a short period, due to not reducing calories slowly the initial hunger pains can be a pain...
I had swelling issue from a supplement a while ago, couldn't pin point it down to which one though as i dropped them all...
but it happened a similar time i bought hemavo2, which contains glycerol...
So past two weeks iv been suffering from overall body swelling and adema (water weight) I have been trying to find the route cause and have had various blood tests with doctors but all comes back...
