How about having White Potatoes 1st meal of the day and also for PRE-workout as well? Or is White potatoes only limited for PWO?
I was wondering what type Jason recommended with regards to Marc, as I have been having that issue as well with more water while using oats? I actually love Sweet Potatoes and also eat alot of red...
Does it matter what kind of potato....ie red, sweet, etc. Or what would you recommend?

For me, I usually start the asparagus on the wednesday before a show on Saturday. I will eat it with each meal (2nd to the 6th meal). Vitamin C, I will do (3) 1000mgs tabs each day....from Monday...
